Nine West Virginia High School were dropped from the AAA to AA classification by the West Virginia Secondary School Activities Commission this week. The school’s classification, of course, means who they play in sports.

According to West Virginia MetroNews, AAA schools have an enrollment of 933 to 1,965 students. AA schools range from 460 to 871.

These are the nine schools that dropped down to AA:
