In case you missed it this morning, the WVU Marching Band, “The Pride of West Virginia,” opened the 90th annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City.

It’s he first time the 400-member strong band has performed in the parade.

And… if that weren’t enough, they actually were at the very beginning of the parade, performing George Gershwin’s “Strike Up The Band” and of course, “Take Me Home, Country Roads.”
