Gov. Jim Justice’s report card is in—and it’s not good news for the often bombastic politician.
A new poll finds that more West Virginians now disapprove of Justice than approve of him.
- Just 34 percent of West Virginians approve of Justice
- 44 percent of West Virginians disapprove
- 22 percent are unsure.
That’s down from a 51% approval rating in Mid-July, according to the Charleston Gazette.
The new poll is the first taken since Justice announced on August 3 that he was switching from Democrat to Republican. The poll surveyed 400 likely West Virginian voters between August 11-20.
