Today marks a special time.
And its impact will be felt across West Virginia.
It’s the first day of the 2018 legislative session.
Legislators are already in Charleston, and will be there until at least March 10.
That’s only for the regular three-month session.
Quite often it’s extended into special session to deal with budget issues.
Gov. Jim Justice will highlight the first day’s activities. He will give the annual State of the State speech tonight.
There are plenty of ways to access his presentation.
Just take your pick.
